The Vortex Advantage

When choosing an industrial parts washer, you want to make the right decision – the first time. There are so many styles, designs, and manufacturers. How do you know that you are making the best choice?

Vortex designed the 3D Oscillating System and the Multiplex Oscillating Manifold System to provide thorough cleaning coverage during the wash cycle.

There are many sizes and varieties available in the parts washing industry.

Cleaner Parts

At the end of the day, you need clean parts every time and part striping is a common artifact of cabinet-style parts washers. To eliminate this problem, Vortex designed the 3D Oscillating System and the Multiplex Oscillating Manifold System to provide thorough cleaning coverage during the wash cycle. The 3D oscillating system uses a non-sequential oscillating spray manifold and the rotating turntable to provide complete coverage. The multiplex oscillating manifold system uses an oscillating manifold that glides back and forth spraying the load vertically, horizontally, above, and below the table. These systems produce cleaner parts and reduce part striping.

Greater Power

Vortex Parts Washers use Grudfos pumps to generate consistent and reliable water pressure during wash cycles. Our soft start controllers use variable frequency drives to ramp up the frequency and reduce temperature rise during acceleration. These controllers prevent damage to materials and plumbing, prolong the life of pumps, and reduce down times. Depending on the application, Vortex offers single, dual, or quadroplex pump systems and leads the industry with the highest horsepower pumps.

Safer Loading and Unloading

For safe operations, Vortex Industrial Parts Washers use fixed turntables for the cabinet-style parts washers. This design reduces the door weight compared to retractable turntables and makes door opening and closing much safer. Vortex uses Clam Shell Style V-Notched Doors, which allows precise part distribution during loading.

Easier Maintenance

After several wash cycles for an industrial parts washer, sludge and dirt accumulate and maintenance is typically messy and time consuming. To address this problem, Vortex designed the Debris Containment System, which makes the clean-out process quicker and safer and eliminates the laborious task of cleaning the entire tank. The debris containment system extends the maintenance interval and saves you time and money.

Heavier Loads

The fixed table design of Vortex Parts Washers allows you to load heavy parts with accuracy. Vortex offers the Largest Table Capacities for cabinet-style parts washers ranging from 2,000 to 65,000 pounds.
